How It Works

1.  Fill out the form to the right and submit it to TREATMENT CONCIERGE

2.  You will receive an automated response confirming receipt of your information within 8-hours.

3.  Based on the information you've provided TREATMENT CONCIERGE will recommend 3 treatment facilities and give you access to their program overviews.

  • Along with these three prospective resources, you will also be supplied with direct access to a key admissions specialist representing each program. This is when your program questions, financial concerns, etc will be addressed.

4.  Once a program has been decided upon, an entry or admittance date will be arranged between the individiual and the respective treatment program. This information will also be shared with TREATMENT CONCIERGE in order to make the appropriate travel arrangements. TREATMENT CONCIERGE has forged relationships with several transportation companies - airline, train, bus, and limousine companies in order to provide reasonable and preferred price ranges for travel. In most cases, these travel costs will be the responsibility of the traveler. In other cases, travel costs may be absorbed by the treatment program. The ultimate decision shall be the treatment program receiving the client.

5.  Once travel arrangements have been made and confirmed the individual entering treatment or their representative will recieve that confirmation via fax.
