and exciting time. Think of us as your travel assistant or 'treatment concierge.'
Whether it's presenting you with program overviews or introducing you to the key personnel on the telephone who can answer your
healthcare insurance, financial, and sponsorships questions, TREATMENT CONCIERGE
goes the distance in ensuring
a family or individual's transition into recovery or sobriety is a smooth one.
Once you've been able to speak with the program
personnel and a prospective program has been decided upon, the next step is to bring together the individual entering treatment or the designated
caregiver with the intake or admissions specialists from the respective program. In many cases this can be achieved over the telephone, however,
this consititutes a very preliminary interaction with the client.
For those men and women and their families who live considerable distances away, TREATMENT CONCIERGE
will ensure that
transportation is arranged, confirmed, and that you are expected on a certain date for your introduction into the treatment center of your choice.
This will include round-trip air travel and ground service between a client's home of record to the treatment facility itself.
Our services include:

of state accredited, qualified, and approved treatment programs throughout the United States, including
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Through our professional and personal knowledge of these programs and
relationships with their administrators and staff, we enjoy the unique position of getting to the right people and expediting
the pre-admission process.
Next, we present you with the most qualified and the most appropriate treatment options within
an reasonable distance from your community. Sometimes, depending upon an individuals requirements and their condition this may not
be possible, however, we will make every effort to find the best program as close to your community as possible. In some cases,
circumstances and professional advice may dictate that a client participate in a program away from their community.
Again, we make every effort to locate the appropriate and most qualified program for the individual.
In cases, where a family member, significant other, or healthcare professional is leading the effort to
get someone into treatment, TREATMENT CONCIERGE works in
concert with those individuals to help determine the most appropriate and beneficial action.
TREATMENT CONCIERGE will also conduct introductions
to key intake / admission staff where initial consulations and assessments can be achieved.
Through an extensive network of affiliations with air and ground transportation companies, and where
possible, TREATMENT CONCIERGE will also facilitate round trip ground and
air transportation between your originating city and your destination.
