TRANSPORTATION AND ESCORT SERVICES TO ENSURE A SAFE TRAVEL

Unless otherwise requested, the most appropriate treatment program recommendations will be made to the individual seeking treatment or the person(s) responsible for the individual's well being. This will be regardless of where the treatment program's facility is located in the United States.

If resources closer to an individual's geographic home of record are requested, Treatment Concierge will do its best to locate qualified and accredited services that are appropriate to the individual's needs and conditions.

If air, bus, or train travel are required, Treatment Concierge will facilitate travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries. Ground travel and escort service to and from the airport or point of arrival will also be provided by the treatment center receiving the client.

Upon satisfactory completion of the client's treatment stay, return travel arrangements will also be facilitated by the treatment program and Treatment Concierge. Clients electing to terminate their treatment stay earlier than recommended or otherwise leave the program voluntarily or Against Medical Advice (AMA) will be repsonsible for their return travel arrangments back to their home of record.
